There is a $500 minimum for all catering events WITHOUT the presence of our food truck. The minimum covers fuel for delivery, propane, and labor. Service will be drop & go; meaning we drop off the pan(s) of your cuisine and leave. Service requiring set up and serving guests will incur additional charges. This amount can increase depending on the number of people and the per person rate starting as low as $12/ guest and higher.
*Aside from drop off service, the ONLY way we cater without the truck is if a cooking space or kitchen is provided. *A $500 booking fee required to secure your date and time on our calendar, as well as staff (2-4 of us). PLEASE NOTE: This fee is in addition to the minimum. ***There is a $1,000 minimum to book catering or an event with the truck. The minimum without the truck and with the truck are in addition to the booking fee. If you want guests at your event to make purchases in order to get to this minimum, whatever isn't made in Sales will have to be paid by the host or point of contact. Minimum subject to change dependent upon the number of guests and hours for the event. **Events with LESS than 50 guests will require the full balance up front at least 1 week prior to the start date of the event. Events with MORE than 50 guests and the host paying will require 60% of their minimum as a deposit at least 2 weeks prior to the event start date and the remainder the day before the event. The deposit amount is applied to the balance. **Minimums or balances not received in the designated time frames (unless otherwise discussed in writing) will incur an inconvenience fee. Events without at least 2 weeks notice will incur a $400 rush fee. Any location greater than 30 minutes travel time will incur an additional $75 travel fee. **All events over 2 hours will have to pay for additional hours unless otherwise discussed. The hourly rate is considered A' la carte and is stated below.
